📦 Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently ship exclusively to the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We don't ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or BFPO addresses at this time.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 5–15 business days after dispatch. In total, expect your order within 6 to 18 business days from purchase. We'll always send you tracking information so you know exactly where your parcel is.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. The exact amount is shown clearly before you confirm your purchase. We occasionally run free delivery promotions — keep an eye on our store.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Contact us immediately at support@homopia.com or via live chat. We'll do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
My order hasn't arrived — what do I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 18 business days of your purchase date, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier right away. Please check your tracking link first — most delays resolve themselves within a day or two.
🔄 Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes — under UK law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return, no questions asked. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility in this case.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll prioritise your case and offer a replacement or full refund — no hassle.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Allow up to 10 additional business days for it to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Are there items I can't return?
Yes. Personalised or custom-made items, hygiene-sensitive products once opened, and items that have been used, assembled, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

How do you choose the products you sell?
Every product in our store is hand-picked. We only carry items that meet our standards for design, functionality, and real value. If it wouldn't genuinely improve your home, it doesn't make the cut — simple as that.
Are your products compatible with UK plugs and voltage?
Yes. All electrical products we sell are compatible with UK standard plugs (Type G) and 230V voltage. You won't need any adapters.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all products must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, you're entitled to a full refund. Beyond 30 days, we'll work with you to find a fair solution. Contact us at support@homopia.com.
The product looks slightly different from the photos — is that normal?
Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight colour variations can occur due to screen settings or manufacturing batches. If the difference is significant and the product doesn't match its description, contact us — that qualifies for a return.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods available at checkout, including credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely. We never store your payment details.
Are your prices in GBP?
Yes. All prices on our website are displayed in British Pounds (£ GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and payments are processed through Shopify's secure payment infrastructure — one of the most trusted e-commerce platforms in the world.
