Shipping Policy

At Homopia, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or the Channel Islands at this time.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, please allow between 5 to 15 business days for delivery to your address in the United Kingdom.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. Any applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value — please check our website for any current promotions.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at any time via our 📦 Track Your Order page.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after dispatch.


6. Delays & Lost Parcels

Homopia is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, strikes, or national emergencies). However, if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will investigate promptly.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.


7. Incorrect Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at checkout. Homopia cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately — we will do our best to correct it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.


8. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt (e.g. no one available to receive it, incorrect address, or parcel not collected from the depot), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
