Shipping Policy — Homopia
At Homopia, we are committed to delivering your order safely and as quickly as possible.
1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or the Channel Islands at this time.
3. Estimated Delivery Times Once dispatched, please allow 5 to 15 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, high demand periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery address. We may offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain value — check our website for current promotions.
5. Order Tracking Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
6. Delays & Lost Parcels Homopia is not responsible for carrier or customs delays. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@homopia.com and we will investigate promptly. If confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
7. Incorrect Delivery Address It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error — we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
8. Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
